Washtenaw County Dental Clinic All Packard Health patients are now eligible for dental services at the Washtenaw County Dental Clinic. For Packard patients, the clinic accepts private insurance, including Blue Cross Complete, Medicaid health plans and fee-for-service Medicaid.
