I believe in the benefits of nutrition, especially plant-based diets, and daily exercise in the prevention and management of many chronic conditions and in promoting good health and wellness. I work to guide, educate and empower my patients to make their own choices to meet their individual goals for health. The team-based, patient-centered care at Packard Health is exceptional, and I am both honored and humbled to work with our patients that reflect the rich diversity of the Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti area.
