Delonis, Asociaci\u00f3n de Refugio del Condado de Washtenaw<\/h3>\n<p>En el Centro Delonis, llegamos a clientes vulnerables sin hogar y buscamos integrar su atenci\u00f3n en nuestra pr\u00e1ctica establecida de atenci\u00f3n primaria.
