El momento perfecto para preparar una tanda de este chili es en un d\u00eda fr\u00edo y ventoso. \u00a1Te calentar\u00e1 desde adentro de todas las maneras saludables!<br \/>\nKaren Koeppe, nutricionista y educadora certificada en diabetes de Packard Health, comparte esta receta de chili iluminadora.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a1Chile para espantar el fr\u00edo!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1 cucharada de aceite de oliva extra virgen<br \/>\n1 lb. de pechuga de pavo molida extra magra<br \/>\n1 taza de cebolla picada<br \/>\n3 dientes de ajo, picados<br \/>\n1 taza de pimiento morr\u00f3n picado (verde, naranja)<br \/>\n3 latas (400 g cada una) de tomates cortados en cubitos enlatados sin sal a\u00f1adida (con su jugo)<br \/>\n1\/2 taza de agua<br \/>\n1 cucharada de chile en polvo<br \/>\n1 cucharadita de canela (\u00a1de verdad!)<br \/>\n1 cucharadita de comino<br \/>\n1\/2 cucharadita de piment\u00f3n<br \/>\n1\/2 cdta de or\u00e9gano<br \/>\n1\/2 pimienta negra<br \/>\n2 latas (450 g) de frijoles pintos, enjuagados y escurridos<\/p>\n<p>Calienta el aceite de oliva en un sart\u00e9n antiadherente u olla de hierro fundido; a\u00f1ade el pavo, la cebolla, el ajo y los pimientos morrones y cocina a fuego medio-alto. Dora el pavo (revuelve con frecuencia y deshazlo con el dorso de una cuchara).<\/p>\n<p>Una vez dorados (unos 10 minutos), agrega los tomates y cocina por 5 minutos. A\u00f1ade agua, todas las especias\/hierbas y mezcla bien.
