Agrega el jam\u00f3n y saltea por 2-3 minutos. Retira el jam\u00f3n del sart\u00e9n.<\/li><li>Agrega las cebollas y los pimientos verdes al sart\u00e9n caliente y cocina por unos 5 minutos. Regresa el jam\u00f3n al sart\u00e9n.<\/li><li>Baja el fuego a m\u00ednimo y agrega los huevos a la sart\u00e9n. Revuelve suavemente los huevos con una cuchara o esp\u00e1tula y contin\u00faa cocinando a fuego bajo hasta que los huevos est\u00e9n cocidos y cuajados.<\/li><li>Divide la mezcla de huevo uniformemente en 4 porciones. Coloca cada porci\u00f3n de la mezcla de huevo en una tortilla y cubre cada una con 1 cucharadita de salsa.
