French bread or whole grain baguette, sliced diagonally 1\u20442\u201d thick<\/li>\n<li>Extra-virgin olive oil (for drizzling)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup light ricotta cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 large, just-ripe Bartlett pear, chopped small<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup chopped walnuts<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup dried cranberries (try Eden Foods organic \u2013 Clinton, MI company)<\/li>\n<li>2 Tbsp. Michigan honey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Pre-heat the oven to broil. Place the baguette slices on a foil-lined baking&nbsp;sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Broil for 1-2 minutes, until toasty.
