Sofr\u00ede por 3 minutos, o hasta que las verduras est\u00e9n crujientes pero tiernas.<\/li>\n<li>Agrega los frijoles negros con su l\u00edquido y sofr\u00ede con las verduras por 1 minuto. Retira del fuego. Incorpora el pan rallado, la harina de ma\u00edz, el jugo de lim\u00f3n y la sal. Separa 1 taza de la mezcla de frijoles y trit\u00farala en una licuadora o procesador de alimentos hasta obtener un pur\u00e9 r\u00fastico. Agrega el pur\u00e9 de nuevo a la mezcla de frijoles. A\u00f1ade el queso cheddar y el cilantro, combina bien.
