Packard Health busc\u00f3 fondos federales para nuestra comunidad \u2013 y una llamada de la oficina de la representante Debbie Dingell nos llen\u00f3 de alegr\u00eda con la noticia \u2013 \u00a1lo conseguimos! Actualmente atendemos a 7.000 pacientes al a\u00f1o y trabajaremos para llegar a 3.000 m\u00e1s con una nueva oficina en Ypsilanti y la expansi\u00f3n de la atenci\u00f3n en el Centro Delonis en Ann Arbor. Pronto escuchar\u00e1n mucho m\u00e1s al respecto.<\/p>\n

Explorando viviendas de apoyo vinculadas con servicios de salud <\/strong><\/p>\n

Ann Arbor fue escenario de una inspiradora Fondo de Iniciativa Social CSH SIF Conferencia<\/a> la semana pasada, como parte de una iniciativa nacional de 5 a\u00f1os para abordar el aumento de los costos de la atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, sacando a las personas con los problemas m\u00e1s complejos de la noria de los servicios de salud de crisis. Packard Health est\u00e1 explorando ideas con Avalon Vivienda<\/a> para desarrollar un nuevo modelo efectivo que combine vivienda y servicios de salud asequibles para nuestros m\u00e1s vulnerables: las personas sin hogar con condiciones complejas que van de albergue en albergue, de hospital en hospital, de centro de desintoxicaci\u00f3n a la calle, y vuelta a empezar.<\/p>\n
