Mental health and substance use issues are difficult and can feel isolating at times, but we are here to help. I try to create a safe space free of stigma for people to explore and improve upon their symptoms. I firmly believe everyone is worthy of great healthcare, self-compassion, and recovery and I hope to contribute towards those causes.
