Personal Statement:

I believe that everyone is doing the best that they can with the coping skills they have. I use a team approach when working with patients and feel that developing a good relationship is the best way to do this. Most people have their own goals and I try to work with people to help them feel better in a way that’s comfortable for them. I believe that knowledge is power and like patients to know about their illness so they can be part of the decision making process.
