FREE back-to-school physicals, immunizations, health & wellness stations, dental checks
> FREE backpacks, FREE bike helmets and fittings
> Fun activities emphasizing health and safety
> Bounce House, hula hoops, face painting and and more!
GOAL: In one kid-centered, awesome afternoon, provide medical service/screenings to at-risk children, and connect them with an established primary care practice as their medical home in the future.
A special shout out to the Kiwanis Club of Ann Arbor Foundation for awarding Packard Health with one of their community grants to support the Healthy Kids Fair.
