Packard Health Office in Ypsilanti
In 2016 we opened a new office location to provide services in Ypsilanti, which has the largest medically under-served population in Washtenaw County.
Medical Clinic at the Robert J. Delonis Center, Shelter Association of Washtenaw County
At the Delonis Center, we reach out to vulnerable homeless clients and seek to integrate their care into our established primary care practice. Packard Health operates the medical clinic at the Delonis Center.

Miller Manor
The Ann Arbor Housing Commission and Avalon Housing have created a safety net of services at Miller Manor, an affordable housing unit. With the right supportive services, the chronically homeless can become successful tenants. Packard Health provides medical care at the building and also reaches out to other Avalon clients around the community.
Emergency Room Partnerships to Treat Opioid Addiction
People who come to the ERs at St. Joseph Mercy and Michigan Medicine hospitals seeking assistance with opioid addiction are safely transitioned to the care of Packard Health's addiction specialists. Packard Health's Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program delivers the most effective intervention to treat opioid use disorder, and with therapy and FDA-approved medication, MAT has saved many lives and allows patients to work, love, and care for their children. Packard Health is a singularly reliable source for MAT in the county.
