Opened Packard Ypsilanti location to serve at-risk, vulnerable populations in their neighborhoods. The expansion was made possible as Packard achieved Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) certification directed increased funding to the Ypsilanti community.
Packard Health is a BCBS PCMH Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized practice; a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b; a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n); an HRSA-Compliant Health Center Program; and a Federal Tort Claim Act deemed Health Center.
