I have been practicing in the field of social work since 2005. I believe in taking a holistic approach to health and well-being. This includes placing value on all aspects of one’s life including physical and mental health, family and community. I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions in my practice and some commonly used treatment approaches include cognitive behavior therapy and solution-focused treatment.
