Packard Health invited State Rep Adam F Zemke to visit the Shelter Association of Washtenaw County at the Delonis Center. Packard Health operates the medical clinic at the Shelter, reaching out to people experiencing homelessness and seeking to integrate their care into our established primary care practice. We're always thrilled to show and tell about the unique ways our community works together.
