Personal Statement:

My professional and academic nursing career has focused on improving the care of complex patients by advancing the science of clinical care management of vulnerable and at-risk populations in local, national, and international communities. I have worked to integrate this focus in my scholarship, teaching, and clinical practice to produce new science and knowledge in the care of at-risk populations and to create educational innovations for primary care providers (PCPs) inclusive of disciplines across the health care spectrum. I enjoy working with patients at the Delonis Center to help them achieve their greatest health through prevention of disease and chronic care self-management.

Why Packard Health? Patient-centered primary care. Patient-centered primary care.
