Office Visit Guidelines During the Pandemic

For your safety, please follow these steps when making a visit to a Packard Health office:

Please contact the office if you or anyone in your household has had a fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, or diarrhea.
We are limiting visits to the patient only. One guardian or caregiver is acceptable, if required. Other visitors are asked to wait in their car.
Anyone who enters the office must cover their mouth and nose with a mask throughout their entire visit. Children under four do not need a mask.
When you arrive, we will screen you for possible symptoms and take your temperature. Patients must answer these questions themselves. When language translation is needed, we will provide translation services.
